Orders are usually packed and sent out within 2–5 business days. Sometimes sooner, occasionally a little slower if life is life-ing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it’s with the carrier. But we won’t disappear on you. If something seems off, send a message, and we’ll help you track it down.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most items are curated in small quantities, and many are pre-owned, so all sales are final. That said, if something shows up damaged or not as expected, reach out within 5 days of delivery. We’ll figure it out together.
