Hi There!
My name is Becci (pronounced BEK-kee) Carroll. I’m a Master Certified Health Coach and Life Coach, with specialized training in mind-body modalities.
I chose to receive my advanced coach training through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, a program approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). The NBHWC has led the advancement of coaching by establishing professional standards and has certified more than 3,000 health and wellness coaches since joining forces with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) in 2016.
Prior to becoming a Health Coach, I worked in marketing and events for over 15 years and then transitioned into an Executive Director role for a multi-disciplinary therapy clinic. Throughout my time in management I have helped many employees get through difficult situations and move through barriers and fears that were stopping them from making progress toward their goals.
I have degrees in business and health and human services, and have learned much through my own life experiences, from being a teen mom and working my way up the career ladder to battling my own health challenges and starting my own business.
When starting my coaching business, my goal was to help others effectively manage their stress while transitioning through life’s many phases, and to help prevent and reverse illnesses related to unbalanced lifestyles and negative thought patterns. I decided to call my company New Adventures Coaching, as I believe that change does not have to be viewed negatively and that every day is a new adventure that we can and should look forward to.
I support and empower my clients with information and compassion. I believe that it just takes the right mindset to successfully navigate through change and I know how to respectfully guide my clients to seek out self-directed, lasting, positive changes that are aligned with their personal values.
When I’m not coaching, I can be found spending time with my family, attending local festivals, going out to brunch, hanging out at a local bookstore, or playing with my two Yorkshire Terriers, Fiona and Finley.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn a little bit about me. I hope to get to know you as well!
Sincerely,
Becci Carroll, MCHC

New to Coaching?
Before you start your coaching journey, it's important to understand what a coach is and does. Coaching is a supportive, goal-focused partnership designed to help you explore what you want to achieve, create actionable strategies, and stay accountable. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and future, guiding you toward meaningful change and growth. Coaching is also not the same as consulting or mentoring, although there is often some overlap in the coaching world.
Coach vs. Consultant vs. Mentor:
-
Coach: Holds space while you find your own way.
-
Consultant: Tells you which way to go and how to get there based on their expertise.
-
Mentor: Shows you the path they took and how they got to the place you want to be.
Disclaimer: Working with a Health & Life Coach is not a substitute for medical care. Coaching services do not replace the care you receive from your physician, naturopath, dietitian, therapist, obstetrician, midwife, or other healthcare professional. Health coaching should be viewed as a complementary service to the care you receive from your healthcare provider.

Becci was there for the birth of my first baby. I was unaware of many things that would happen during my time at the hospital and in labor. It was the best support I needed in such a life changing event. I was scared and Becci made sure I knew what was going on and helped explain everything that was happening. She is very personable and will be a friend/ professional at the same time. She knows all the facts about birth! And will be there to answer all your questions so you will be comfortable and happy giving birth to your baby. I was in labor for 48 hours and she was by my side the entire time and even walked 5 miles with me to get my sweet boy to come out!Being aware of everything gave me such an enjoyable memory of the birth of my son, rather than the many many terrifying “bad delivery stories” you will hear during your pregnancy from other woman. I highly recommend Becci if you’re looking to enjoy your journey of bringing a child into the world.

Becci is an amazing coach. Her empathic nature and great listening skills allowed me to fully open up and share my challenges. I always feel refreshed and motivated after our sessions to work on my goals. As a result I am living healthier and feeling more overall satisfaction in my life. I can wholeheartedly recommend Becci to anyone that wants to work with a serious coach - who knows how to move you forward but at the same time possesses this gentle and kind spirit that will always be there to support you.

Becci is AMAZING!! It has been so great having her as my Health Coach and I plan to have her as my doula. She is a great listener and you can tell that she truly cares. It is easy to talk to her, which helps to be honest about your obstacles/struggles when you are setting and working on a goal. She is very encouraging and has great ideas on ways to overcome your obstacles. I’m definitely making great progress in the changes that are important to me and I don’t think I could have made such progress without Becci. I couldn’t be more grateful or happy to work with Becci!!!

Becci was my Doula for the birth of my baby in 2018. She is incredibly supportive and works with you to help define your wants and needs in a judgment-free zone. No matter how "woo woo" my ideas got, she was entirely on board for them. She is amazingly communicative and patient. She also is amazing at wiping away your self-doubt, both prior to labor and in the midst of it. She made sure to include my spouse in the planning and was ready to advocate for us with hospital staff as needed, and make sure to ask clarifying questions and made sure my husband and I understood the options and decisions that were needing to be made during labor and delivery. Becci has also been one of the most supportive humans I know in relation to anytime I had questions regarding health, birth and even baby-related concerns! I hope that she will deliver every baby I ever have! Seriously, if you need a Doula or a health coach, Becci is the one to go with. She is kind, authentic, and has an amazing personality. I highly recommend her.
